Since 2008 we have designed and built dining tables, live edge pieces, sideboards, conference tables and cabinetry for homes and offices across Chicagoland. No catalogs and no copies: every commission is drawn, built and finished for one client.

Tomas grew up sweeping sawdust in his grandfather’s cabinet shop on Chicago’s Northwest Side, and has spent 35 years shaping wood into story. A decade restoring millwork in Prairie School and Gold Coast homes taught him a simple standard: build it to outlast the house. In 2008 he founded Kacera to bring that rigor to furniture and cabinetry across the Midwest.

Most pieces take two to four months from first conversation to delivery, depending on size, wood and finish. We give you a schedule with the estimate.
